Accent Flair is a Sydney event management, execution and operations company. We help clients plan, coordinate and deliver events, with experienced teams and operational leadership.
Our Story
We were founded by Bruno Casaes, who has spent more than a decade working inside world-class events. Before Accent Flair, that work spanned three continents, from the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and Rock in Rio to the Asian Games in Jakarta, VIP lounges at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, and premium guest experiences at the Australian Open.
In Sydney, it has meant gala dinners at Sydney Town Hall, functions at the Sydney Opera House, the United Nations NSW Gala Dinner, and weddings at spaces like the National Art School and Palladio.
What those rooms, stadiums and stages taught us is what happens behind the scenes: how stakeholders need to work together, and how to turn an event plan into a well-executed reality. We bring that to every client’s event, whether it’s a dinner for twelve at home or a gala for hundreds.

Our Team
Our team brings together event leads, floor and bar staff, concierge hosts and VIP service specialists. They work to the standards our founder learned at major events, where he helped train and lead guest-experience teams for events such as Vivid Sydney and Moonlight Cinema.
